Discussion

Our sales and product development team will work closely with you to evaluate the right solution to make your product a success in the market.

Design

Our in house team of designers can work with you and your design team closely. The MIA design team is very versatile and can even work off an idea or a 5 minute sketch to realize your product.

Sampling

Our in-house sample department will create samples for your approval before orders are placed. We will assure that the product is 100% fit for purpose before going into production.

Order Placement

Once you order we will make sure to procure the materials to fullfil your production in proactive and fast manner. MIA has many standard materials in stock in it’s ISO certified factory warehouses, so for standard products we are flexible in production.

Preparation

Our team will coordinate the delivery and production process in our factories, including material deliveries, IQC, and consolidation for a fast production.

Production

Our ISO certified production lines will be available as planned by our production team. Depending on the product this may be inline or U shaped production setup, whichever is the fastest and most cost effective for your product. We have several inline QC positions allowing us to pick-up any issues in the production process.

Packaging

For a final product our in-house design team will help to develop your packging in line with your blue book / corporate guidelines and do the final packaging at the factory. The same process is used for bundled products.

For inbox products we will find the best packaging solution for you to effectively and efficiently repackage your products at your facility.

Inspection

MIA employs a rigourous OQC process to assure you receive the quality required for your valuable brand. We can work with AQL levels as requested by our clients.

Delivery

We will help coordinate the most efficient logistic option with your forwarder to assure you get your product on time.
